Seien das besonders effiziente und blendarme Öffentlich Beleuchtungen, professionelle Raumbeleuchtungsanlagen, industrielle Lichtquellen, Fahrzeugbeleuchtungstechnik, oder auch als nichttödliche, mannstoppende Systeme für die Sicherheitstechnik. Wichtige Kerntechnologien sind bereits international patentiert, bzw. zum Patent angemeldet worden. In den letzten Jahren konnten wir mittels zahlreicher Funktionsmuster - die in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden entworfen und getestet wurden - zeigen, dass die photonExa-Technologie funktioniert und so auch rasch und mit geringen Risiken die Marktfähigkeit erreichen kann. Jetzt geht es darum, Investment ab Tranchen von CHF 50'000 mit insgesamt CHF 3-4 Mio. und einem Zeitbedarf von 4-5 Jahren bis zum Break-Even zu erhalten. Damit sollen das Prototyping, ie Industrialisierung und der Aufbau einer adäquaten Fertigung samt Marketing/Verkauf finanziert werden. Das Investment kann als Venture-Capital, Private-Equity Share; ggf. auch kombiniert mit zinsbaren Darlehen erfolgen. Die Exit-Strategie kann in einem Anteile-Rückkauf, oder Verkauf der Anteile/Firma an einen chinesischen Staatsinvestor, internationalen Finanzinvestor, oder einen Brancheninvestor bestehen. |
ADE photonExa Ltd. liab. is equipped with fully paid share-capital of CHF 200'000 and belongs to a few Swiss SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) committed to innovative high technology in the field of high-power LED light-sources. Some unique features and even disruptive concepts provide our products a very high commercial potential in demand for competitive, power efficient, long living, environmental friendly and dazzle-free high brightness lighting equipment, as used in industrial, municipal, professional and security applications. Important core technologies are already patented, or international patent applications are pending. During the last couple of years, numerous proof-of-concept devices have been developped together with our future customers to demonstrate and verify the unique features and functionality of the concept. Therefore market maturity is close and most risks are already eliminated. To achieve production maturity, we have to finish prototyping work, industrialisation and set up the infrastructure for suitable lean manufacturing processes, Marketing and Sales. For these steps we need investment with an estimated total amount of CHF 3-4 Mio. during the next 4-5 years until the Break-Even. Shareholdership from CHF 50'000 is appreciated. Investment Setups can be either venture capital company shares, or private equity shares. A combination beween shares and loans is also possible. Exit strategy can be either comprising a share buyback, or selling shares to a Chinese State-Investment Company, an international Private-Equity investor, or to competitor. |
